HISTORY
Mariscal Avocats was founded in 2001 in response to a need for change in the practice of law. With an international vision and our own values, we have built strong relationships with the companies we represent, growing day by day with them.
THROUGHOUT THE YEARS
Over the years we have strengthened our presence in practices such as international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions and comprehensive support in the establishment of foreign companies in Europe.
We maintain a close relationship with the American continent as we have been representing Latin American public and private actors in a global context for more than twenty years.
IN 2016
In 2016, we expanded our network by adding an operations centre in the heart of Lyon to our classic Opera office. Thanks to this strategic enclave, we have opened the door to work with territories such as Switzerland.
EN 2022
In 2022, we decided to sign a charter of values restructuring our practice around the idea of a boutique law firm. We go beyond representation to offer our clients a comprehensive consultancy service in areas such as business strategy, corporate social responsibility, communication or relations with public institutions.
A MODEL FOR THE FUTURE
We have opted for a model of the future in which new technologies and business innovation are a fundamental pillar on which we exercise our profession. That is why we have included legaltech and data protection services.

OUR FOUNDER
Florencia Mariscal has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1997. Her career began after completing her law studies at the Universities of Salamanca in Spain and Leuven in Belgium. Attracted by French legal culture, she continued her studies at the DJCE of the University of Rennes, a programme of excellence designed for lawyers wishing to specialise in the field of corporate law, where she maintains a close relationship as a member of the alumni network.
HER PATH
OFFICE IN PARIS
After graduating, in a changing legal context, he decided to set up her own practice in Paris, with a closer and more truthful office structure. Mariscal Avocats was born out of this spirit.
INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION
During her years of practice, she has specialised in the areas of international arbitration and dispute resolution and corporate, mergers and acquisitions. She has accompanied hundreds of companies in their establishment in countries such as France and Spain from their beginnings to their establishment as leaders in their industry.
COMMITMENT
Her commitment to the creation of a global entrepreneurial ecosystem has led her to become a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in France, the Spanish Women Executives Club and the Business Council Lawyers' Association.
STRATEGIES
Since its inception, she has directed the pro-bono practice of the firm, applying business strategies to the actions of NGOs so that they can have a greater impact.
Florencia Mariscal works in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
